    • Press enquiries: yes, happy to comment on UK landlord regulation, tax policy, Renters' Rights Act, short-let reform. Same email.
    • Sponsor enquiries: use the advertise address so it routes to the right inbox.
    • Partnership or cross-promotion with other landlord-adjacent platforms: yes, tell us what you're thinking.
    • Bug reports, typos, broken links: thank you, seriously. These are the most valuable emails we get.

    What we don't do by email

    • Phone calls. We're a small operation. Email first.
    • Free consultancy. We're not going to walk you through whether to incorporate your portfolio — that's what an accountant is for.
    • Reply to abuse. Zero tolerance. Moved on immediately.
