PropertyKiln is free for every UK landlord. Every guide, tool and template is available without a paywall, login or subscription. We believe clear landlord guidance shouldn't depend on whether you can afford a £125-a-year membership.

But keeping the site running — researching tax and legislation, updating guides after every Budget and fiscal event, hosting, and development — takes time and money. Your support helps us:
