    Here is a reusable structure you can use every quarter to track what legislation is coming next for landlords, without turning it into a policy essay.

    1. Headline: what is coming down the track?

    In one minute

    2-4 bullets on the most important upcoming changes, with dates and who they hit.

    Use a table so you can see everything at a glance.
